The case is designed extremely well as you can see from this illustration from the manual of the case.

 

The screws and the key to the case are actually attached to one of the drive bays.



There is plenty of room for the installation of the motherboard. We had no problem. There is a lot of room around it and it is not in the way of any fans. Some motherboards do not have long enough cables since this is a larger case. In some instances you might need to purchase longer cables.

 

5 1/4" drives and easily be inserted into the front of the case after you remove any metal plate blocking it. Rails must be first screwed on the drives and then they can easily be pushed into the 5 1/4 slots and clicked to lock them in place.
