Look inside of the case. There are some changes from the original Sonata case. I will discuss them in the rest of the article.

One of the most interesting new things in the computer is the air duct. It is designed to provide fresh air to the CPU and to the video cards. You can at your option add both an 80mm and 90mm fan to this air duct. Using this duct the air comes in from the back of the computer instead of the side as most other computers. This is to help to eliminate noise. The air duct is held in with basically three screws.

Here is a closer look at the air duct below. You can now see where fan options go from this picture. One is putting in a 90mm fan in the main duct hole and putting an 80mm fan in the square over the video cards.

Here is another angle view of the inside of the case. Notice the power cord and a box of screws come inside of the Sonata II case.

To put the motherboard and video cards in the case, the air duct must, of course, be removed.
