The Value of “Market Timing”
David Garrett, principal of
www.TimerTrac.com, will address a.) the difference between
“market timing” as it is and what Eliot Spitzer said the mutual fund
industry was doing (Dave’s version is entirely legal and
profitable), b.) how to successfully use market timing indicators to
trade or even build a portfolio whose instruments trade at different

Garrett is principal of
www.TimerTrac.com, a site that ranks, charts and compares market
timers with indices, sectors, and one another. TimerTrac.com takes
daily signals from timers each day before the market close, and each
day crunches their recommendations along with everyone else’s to
report on performance should investors have followed any one
particular timer. Subscribers are individual investors, registered
