Did you know that 92% of Americans who have purchased a treadmill don't use them. The treadmill is one of the most effective pieces of exercise equipment that you can buy. When I get up in the morning I
usually will immediately jump on the treadmill and switch the TV on it
over to CNBC and look to see what is happening in the financial markets.
I usually walk on it for 30 - 45 minutes. Then I eat breakfast. I fell
